This more-than-a-century-old stucco home across from Cherokee Park has some additional historical significance: it was designed by George Herbert Gray, an architect whose designs included estates in Louisville and a former baseball stadium in Paris, France. Gray and his wife, Mary Belknap, lived in this house themselves.

The 5-bedroom, 3-bath house has a library, a screened-in porch, and a breakfast room.

The house is listed by Sandy Grisso Phillips with Kentucky Select Properties. You can find the full listing here.
