As time goes by in Louisville, businesses come and go, new structures spring up where there was nothing before.
Downtown has seen new developments, as well as Germantown. Along Bardstown Road, favorite, old local haunts have been replaced with new ones. There’s even a whole new commercial district, NuLu, which was nameless before. Southern Indiana is just as unrecognizable, with altered landscapes in Jeffersonville and New Albany.
Louisville sure has changed, and some of this transformation is not without its problems. Where there are new amenities in some places, there are also higher home prices.
Take a tour with us through the streets of Louisville, and see what the city looked like in 2007 versus now.
